The Tom Dixon Flare Top Pendant Light is inspired by scientific glassware, it explores the precision and beauty of borosilicate glass through expressive lighting forms.
The Flare collection features two designs, Bead and Top, inspired by the movement of water and droplets, with organic, balloon-like silhouettes available in Opal or Silver finishes.
Made using an advanced glass-forming process combining heat, spinning and air pressure, the pendants achieve precise, delicate forms. Highly heat-resistant and transparent, borosilicate glass allows for exceptionally light structures.
The Opal finish provides warm, softly diffused light through triple-layered glass, while the Silver finish uses aluminium metallisation to create striking internal reflections. Each pendant includes a 3.5 m cable, making them ideal for individual installations or clusters at varying heights in both residential and commercial spaces.
