  • What are Cookies

"Cookies" are identifiers we transfer to your computer through your browser that allow us to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our site are visited and by how many people. You may be able to change the preferences on your browser to prevent or limit your computer's acceptance of cookies, but this may prevent you from taking advantage of our Website's best features. Our advertising partners may also transmit cookies to your computer, when you click on ads that appear on our site. This Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

We use cookies and similar tools across our websites to improve their performance and enhance your user experience. This policy explains how we do that.

  • What cookies do we use?

Generally, our cookies perform one of three different functions:

Functional Cookies: these enable a website to remember information that changes the way the website behaves or looks, like your preferred language or the region that you are in.

Analytics and Statistics cookies: these help website owners to understand how visitors interact with websites by collecting and reporting information anonymously.

Marketing and Retargeting cookies: these are used to track visitors across websites. The intention is to display ads that are relevant and engaging for the individual user and thereby more valuable for publishers and third party advertisers.

You can view and update your cookie preferences here:

  • Advertisers: We may allow advertisers to choose the demographic information of users who will see their advertisements and we may provide information we have collected from you to an advertiser in non-personally-identifiable form, in order for that advertiser to select the appropriate audience for its advertisements. For example, we might use the fact you submitted a comment regarding a specific light to present you with related content, including similar lights or targeted advertisements. We do not do this in a way that would identify you personally.
  • Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control: In certain situations, businesses we're affiliated with may sell items or provide services to you through the Website (either alone or jointly with us). • Agents: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, our agents do not have any right to use the Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. • User Profiles and Submissions: You understand that we cannot control what other users do with any content (including without limitation images, captions, and comments) you voluntarily disclose for such users to view on the Website ("User Submissions"). We cannot control if you make your User Submissions publicly available and to be collected and used by others, or to be redistributed through the internet and other media channels. For example, if you post a comment regarding a light, that information will be available to the public.
  • Business Transfers: We may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Also, if we (or substantially all of our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, Personal Information would be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.
  • Protection of Inspyer Lighting and Others: We may release Personal Information when we believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with that law; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Inspyer Lighting, our employees, our users, or others.
