The Levante suspension light by Luceplan is a sculptural design inspired by the delicate movement of Japanese paper fans. Designer Marco Spatti envisioned a series of “lighting fans” floating effortlessly in space, capturing the poetic interaction between form, air and light.
To give volume and structure to this initial concept, the design draws from nature — particularly the architecture of flower petals, which begin bold at their core and taper to a refined, thin edge. Levante follows the same principle: a strong, luminous central heart radiates light into three elegant petals, creating a harmonious balance between presence and lightness.
The result is a suspension lamp of striking visual impact, offering soft, diffused illumination while maintaining a bold architectural character. Its generous proportions make it ideal for dining areas, living spaces and hospitality settings where a statement piece is desired.
Available in two diameters — 64 cm and 106 cm — Levante adapts to a variety of interior scales. The material is washable, resistant and recyclable, reflecting a conscious approach to sustainability without compromising on formal quality or emotional impact.
