'a-emotional light', is the new brand formerly known as 'a by arturo alvarez Under the motto evo-lution, the company has an expanded creative team, finding room for different designers with very diverse sensitivities in a co-creation space where the two pil Aimei Suspension Lightlars of the company are immutable: handcrafted production and emotional light.

The Aimei is the most sculptural suspension light designed by Arturo Álvarez. Inspired by the spine of the atavistic and ancestral universe, it breathes from its ribs, opening, closing, beating strongly. In its protected interior, the heart of the universe peeks out, where the primordial light and life are hidden.

Now known as 'a-emotional light', the brand was born in Galicia (Northwestern Spain) in 1994 with Arturo Álvarez as its owner and founder. For 25 years, he led the project and turned the brand into a referent in decorative lighting at an international level with his designs, currently present in over 80 countries.

The main inspiration for the company has always been nature. Its shapes and irregular topography, its majesty… The view of nature is always comforting, astonishing, and stimulating.
