The Havana suspension light by Foscarini takes it name from its elegant cigar like shape. The simple but compelling shape of the Havana has led it to be displayed as part of the design collection in the Museum of Modern Art (MoMa) in New York. Comprising four satin like segments, the Havana is formed with injection moulded polyethylene and held together with small round metal hooks. This means the two elements are united without touching, leaving three slim empty bands to to fill up with light. The Havana suspension light comes as one piece and can also become a composition of two or more - Doppia (Double), Tripla (Triple), Quadrupla (Quadruple).
