This Filo Table Lamp by Foscarini is the winner of the Milan Salone del Mobile award, and was designed by Andrea Anastasio. The inspiration for this lamp came from the designers time spent living in India and this is clearly visible in the Filo. With its brilliantly vibrant colours and technical appearance it is a bold and unconventional lamp that will always be a talking point. The Filo's cable loops gracefully over a beautiful curved hook which makes it appear almost jewellery like, drawing in the eye with porcelain beads adorning the curved structure. The Filo is entirely hand crafted and has been created with Porcelain, textile cable (which integrates its on/off switch), blown glass and varnished metal. This lamp is available in a variety of vibrant colours and is compelling wherever it is placed.
